Create and Publish a Job Ad

Follow the steps below to create a Job Ad:

1. Login to Youniverse. Follow the Module Youniverse Orientation on how to login to Youniverse.

2. Follow the menu path: Menu->Recruit->Manage Job Ads to display the Jobs listing page.

3. In the bottom right hand corner, click the plus. Fill in the job details and continue through the 4 stages.

In the first stage you will be entering in the details for the job as well as job ad content and summary.

In the 2nd step you can select pre made question templates for applicant screening (for more on question templates read these articles here.)

Step 3 allows you to add assessors, these are the employees you would like to help review applicants.

Step 4 shows you a preview of the job information before you create the job. Note that publishing to different job boards is a seperate step shown below.

To duplicate a job ad:

1. Select the closed job ad you wish to duplicate. You can find the closed ad either by refining your search in the job list to only ''closed jobs or searching for the job name.

2. Click on the closed ad you wish to duplicate

3. On the right hand side select the ellipsis button to expand the menu and select Duplicate Job.

The previous ad details will then be duplicated, still giving you the option to change necessary aspects of the ad. e.g assessors.

Note: The system displays a message that "the job is open but not published. You should publish at least in 1 job board".
