Uploading Employees

To upload employees from a CSV file, please follow these steps:

  1. login as an administrator
  2. click on setup
  3. click on 'manage staff'
  4. Click on Upload Employees. The Add New Employees Dialog appears:
  5. now drag across the CSV file.

CSV File format

The CSV file should contain the following fields:

  • Salutation
  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Login Name
  • Start Date
  • Role Description
  • Branch Name
  • Email
  • Contact No
  • Birthday
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Country
  • State
  • Suburb
  • PostCode
  • EmploymentType
  • EmploymentClassification

  • AccountNo
  • BankName
  • SuperFund
  • SuperNo
  • Tax File Number
  • Emergency First Name
