Checking Redcoal SMS account is active

SMS is sent using redcoal for some customers.

To check your account is current do the following steps:

1. open in your browser.

2. click on Web SMS login

3. login with the user name and password from your sign up email

4. Enter the message and test mobile number and press send

NOTE: this screenshot shows that a number of messages have been sent - check yours says this too.

Confirm that the SMS is received at the mobile.

If all of this works, your account is active and working. Please let support know this outcome. If you have any issues in sending, please work with RedCoal to resolve the issues.
