Follow the steps below to Request an Onboard:
1. Follow the menu path: Recruit > Manage Job Ads to display the Job Board landing page
2. Click the relevant job name and go to the Applicants list.
3. Click the relevant applicant to onboard.
For the purpose of illustration, we are selecting Ramsey Smith.
4. Click on the employees name. On the right hand side then select the ellipsis.
5. Select onboard.
6. A message will then display highlighting the group the employee will be added to - select continue.
7. You will then be taken to the Single Onboard screen where you fill in all mandatory employee details, before selecting submit.
