Managing Applicants in Recruitment

1. Log into Youniverse

2. From the top menu go to Recruit > Manage Job Ads

3. Select the Job name you want to view applicants for.

4. On the right-hand side select 'Applicants'.

5. On the applicants page you will be able to get a quick glance at those who applied, accessing their resumes on the right. You can also update multiple employees at once by selecting the check boxes and either updating their status using the change status dropdown, or selecting the ellipsis on the end to send multiple candidates a message or add a note to their application.

6. Selecting an individual candidate takes you through to a more detailed view of their application. Here you can see all the documents they provided, a log of the changes made to their application including comments from other assessors and a history of their previous applications.
