YOUniverse support is moving to a new support ticketing system and the old system will be decommissioned in the coming weeks.
You may access the old system here for a short while, however we recommend sending all new support requests to [email protected] as these will then be automatically created as tickets in the new system.

Where's the new system?
We're still getting it ready.
Rather than have our customers use two systems, we're going to try and get the new system ready for a straight cutover.
How should I raise a support ticket now?
Please email your ticket to [email protected]. This will create a ticket entry in our new ticketing system.
What about my current open tickets in the old system?
All open tickets will be migrated over the coming weeks, although we will continue to work on existing tickets regardless of what system they are in.
What about the knowledge base?
The knowledge base will begin migration as soon as the tickets are moved across and we ensure all customers' immediate ticketing issues are attended to.
